When pressed for achievement of targets, what is your priority? If the customer is not willing to buy your product before your deadline finishes, what would you do? Push the customer or think on behalf of him and postpone the sale maintaining the relation?
Customers are more important than targets. If the customer would satisfy, He/ She definitely prefer to come again and the target will automatically achieve. Targets can only be achieved when there is customer. No customer no achievement of targets!
customer is more important, if you are looking for a long term business relationship.
by time , you will get your target automatically
I agree with Muhammad Umer but with out customers - there are no targets. So it depends on the product or service as to the strategy you need to employ to maximise both on a growing scale to trend up.
in any buisness target should be the customer. product should be good and attractive to the every type of customer in the right time and in right place.
For me they go hand and hand. For you to meet your targets you need your customers.
I would say your marketing plan should cover both targets -- the market and customer. The broader your reach in your marketing efforts, the more likely that you'll draw enough potential customers to take advantage of your services. Moreover, the more diverse your marketing efforts, the more you can raise your level of visibility as a business. After all, while you have a target audience, increased visibility means you may reach those outside of that market as well.
Customers are more important. Your target will be met once you provide what your customers need.
Customer is more important, as satisfied customer can bring more and more customers, integrity build long-term customer relationship, that will likely to be a source of repeat business and to recommend the business to friends and family.
On the other hand, target is a short-term concept, essentially made to keep you focus on goal achievement. If you look at target as the ultimate goal, you will lose both, customer and target.
Thank you for your kind invitation
The goals are the most important. When setting goals, you will know who the customers are.
