Go for workshops or being an intern to get know how about industry you want to get in. They will offer you stipend and surely you will get experience there. then after internship you may get a job offer depending upon your performance during internship.

Hello,

A fresh graduate or the new seeker for job without any experience should look organizations that invest in intellectual capital and develop them to the future,

gaining experience without a job is a difficult equation, even the Voluntarily work is a job, reading and training might develop the skills but experience can be achieved only by practices.

A lot of companies offer Internship programs. You may start with that and eventually climb up the company ladder.

Whenever I recruit applicants, especially for entry positions, I look more on the attitude and adaptability of the person. I believe that these positions require character and morals to weigh a bit more than the technical skills and experience which can be taught and learned. So I'd say to get that first job, don't sweat too much on the experience and your current skills, but start by building your character, show your interest to learn and grow and you'd be good to go.

Internship is the available choice

VERY SIMPLE: Try to signup or join different groups relevant to your field of interest and do participate in the discussion as much as you can. Try to make contacts with group professionals, mostly they share jobs with group members. LinkedIn is the best option to join free groups up to 50. Give it a try. At the same time go for internship or certifications relevant to your field. If that doesn't work go for freelance work that will make a huge difference, make you portfolio your contacts and apply for a job.
