I called a company to get support, and I kept being passed to one person to the next. this went on for minutes - said the same thing over and over.... I was writing down the names so I could keep track.
After about minutes - somehow - I was back at the original person who took the call and then said to call back another day when a more experienced team member would be in . No ticket logged no details recorded, even though I repeated the same info many many times. I wanted was how to turn off a particular function on computer I had only bought a few weeks earlier... it turned out to be a switch on the side and it was burred in the user manual
I sent a message to Bayt via the send feedback form.
I received a feedback after the second email I sent. It's been days since and the problem has not been solved. What is hilarious is that my request was an attempt to improve the user interface on the post a blog page hence my request was made to help in improving the functionality of one component of the Bayt.com website... So yes, for me this is bad customer service. Clearly, I would like to understand the definition of being a customer, from Bayt.com
A customer came to the reception and started yelling for nothing
