Normally the sessions of the Trainees are always welcomed at the end of period/session. Trainer must be approaching proactively to reduce the affect.
You should be precise while answering to the questions raised during training. You can cover it by saying that the answer of this is coming up next. Or you may ask them to write the questions and we will have answer question session finish of 1st part before going to another part of training.
