Set up a forum of employees to enable the change so that you can get an idea of what needs to be changed but using those employees to be the vocal's in helping introduce the change.
These members of staff are the communicators between the employees and management showing employees that the organisation are taking views of it's employees seriously.

by self motivation and believe in your self that you can do it
