In a good organization all the member work as a team, same time keep their position which they are appointed occupied by giving the best optimized outcome with maximum effort and this leads to a strong and organized team,

Coming to the point, a good manager makes sure he engages a waiting customer by providing best customer service when he sees all the team members occupied, hence he looks towards the outcome of sales and customer satisfaction then his personal issues, which ultimately convenes the management to review his package and he sets an example to his team members.

Thanks

I would still make a sale, Customer come first always, and selling is a part of my job whether I get commission or not, my commission is to keep my customer satisfied.

No, I will definitely entertain the client and never wait for the superior, because customer is the King and the king always needs special attention and satisfaction. In other words the organisation is running because of and for the consumer , if he /she is not satisfied, no need and place for us. We have to think brighter and for long term.....

Whether or not commission is granted, never compromise with your integrity and your job. If you feel the commission structure is unfair or non existent then you must work hard to close sales and if you do a good job on that, you can make a case with your higher ups for the commission because when you do that, they will evaluate your performance that will tell them how valuable you are to them. If you end up wasting the sales or holding off customers then commissions will be the least of your problems as you can get fired for that.

Just do your best at your job, work hard to prove your point and that will strong arm you to make a case in your favor.

If you really cares for the customers then you should not make them wait in any occasion especially in doing sales. You being the manager should know that in the first place.

thanks for the invitation!

No, I wouldn't wait until when they are free. A modern manager is supposed to have team skills or team management skills, this calls for cooperation, watching each other's back, & stepping in for your team or team members to ensure that you all deliver expected results or performance. Secondly, you can do it with a sense of humour & solidarity for the good of the company because when the company does well, you are appreciated for your efforts & this keeps the company going forward.

Customers comes first, and as per my role as a manager who inspire my employees to do so, i have to be the role model for grabbing the customers, adding value, increase sales whatever it is a commission base for me or not, i would rather go the extra mile and add this sale to one of either best performers, or for someone who is facing sever issues out of his hands as a type of showing appreciation and motivation to him.
