Retrieve client/Owner requirements through meetings and pre-prepared Client requirements check list, then start in preparing the Design Bases Report .
Design Bases Report shall include brief of related statistics on market demand and targets.
1- land location & dimension.
2- soil investigation to know soil bearing capacity & excavation level & foundation level & type of foundation recommended to the land soil.
3- Preparing full set of drawings ( Arch. & Struct. & MEP. ) according to client wish and matching with land location & dimension.
4- Take all Authorities permission to proceed with execution.
5- Start Excavation & fixing profile & compaction & foundations &.....
If all the authority approvals is ready than i will plan marking and excavation.
I think the first step is knowing client interest
we must make area survey and check the type of soil to make design first
Exploring site then meet the owner to inquire about his requirements, Then the planning become.
Request work permit according to the scheduled job before starting the work
Coordinating all instrumentation work program and ensure the instruction regarding all works and specification are conveyed
Ensure all safety requirements regarding to all jobs to be followed.
Ensure all works are completed to the standard specification before final inspection

5, Survey.
6, Verify related Document.
7,Submitel - Project report to client and related persons.
After site clearance , setting-out is the first thing to be done.
First of all we will make plotting.then start Excavation for footings.
We have to make sure all the authority approvals is ready, including drawings, estimate, planning and resources, once it is ready, we have to start the markings and excavation in order to proceed further
