Supervisor give structures and orders to other workers . but a team leader share them and cooperate with then in applying the structures or work plan .

Supervisor has both legal and accountability roles, but Team leader only has one

The supervisor takes a decision but he must return to the leader before issuing it, but the leader takes the decision directly, but it is possible for the leader to consult some supervisors to make the decision, but the final decision is according to his will to follow the foundations and conditions.

Supervisor typically head a department of the employees of an outlets of a business

where as the team leader often does the same level of work as the member of the team requiement of the team nessary

Nothing , because in some countries a team leader is called supervisor and in other a supervisor is called team leader.
