In my views, the age of the child should by 18 or above for getting a smartphone. Especially when he/she is able to go to college for emergency call. But in this age of science we should introduce our child with the inventions and technology under our own observations so that he/she have knowledge about the wonder of science.

You may think I am an old conservative person, but I don't think we should give 'a smartphone' to our child till his/her age at least 18 or above. It is ok to give a normal phone when he/she going to college for emergency reason. Let the child start earning and can buy his/her own choice of smartphone. Smartphones are not necessary for a child, and reduce their mental ability. But, now a days practically... our 10 years old child is playing with father's or mother's smartphones at home, and watching YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp.

AS SOON AS THEY ARE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THAT SMARTPHONE. BECAUSE THESE SMARTPHONES ARE NOW TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED AND THEY PLAY A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN TODAY'S TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED SOCIETY.
