1. Document and analyze training requirements, and develop your training plan

2. Select members from your department who are capable to fulfill these requirements

3. If your department does not have the expertise required, leverage the expertise of all other departments on your organization

4. If our company does not have the required talents, you can start with  part-time training experts, who will conduct the training, and also coach your local team.

5. Always revise you plans and monitor your teams performance.

Training team comprise of those who perform back-end job and usually involves in operation side and those who are trainers. With the support of both, we could ensure best training. To enchance their capability, i would recommend;

1 - They should be proficient in having concept of T&D, HR and organization development concept.

3 - Must be able to think out of box and generate best solution as  per the need.
