Absolutely right. Every organization has its own dynamics which impacts how you pursue a profile. Individual has to be compatible with this to succeed in a specific role.

Yes, you are correct. There is a saying that culture eats strategy. Therefore, one must be a cultural fit in the organisation in which he/ she is working to deliver the best.

this depends on the nature of the job so you find some jobs you can excle it in your current orginazation becuse its culture and ruleson the other hand other orgnization may change the way you do the job by implementing new technolnogy that you aren't skill with

i concur, i had similar event in the past but whatever befalls me i accepted it with full responsibilty though at the end my action was justified when my company has made an intention to re-hire me.
