MISTAKE IS DONE BY THE PERSON WITHOUT KNOWN TO HIM / HER, WHEREAS ERROR OCCURS DUE TO ANY FAULT IN THE MECHANISM OR SYSTEM
Errors are unlike mistakes and are inevitable
Errors exist as a result of Human Factors, environment and limitations of tools we use
so it is inevitable and have to occur and that is which we call accuracy (minimizing errors to the most possible extent)
but mistakes can be avoided and sometimes are done intentionally
I thank our friends who commented on my question and it is just a small piece of info one can add it
A mistake, generally speaking, is a choice that turns out to be wrong. It could be something you decide to do on your own initiative that you later regret.
Errors, on the other hand, are made with reference to some standard code or set of rules that would have dictated a different action. The action was wrong because it was different from the "right" or normal one under the circumstances.
"Error" simply means that something came out wrong, where as "mistake" implies that someone is to blame for it.
MISTAKE major source is human.whereas, ERROR is from the surroundings.
Mistake is done by humans in their matter while error is made in numerically values.
for example. it was my mistake to talk with him.
the value of g is 10 sorry its an error that was 9.8
