Why the Honest persons are always in awaiting list in any cadre of job. it my Pakistan or any other world level country?

Yes, Mr. Omar you are absolutely right. I also have gone through this practical in my beloved country i.e Pakistan and Mr. Ahmed has endorsed from abroad. It may take some time to recognize but whenever recognized by a true leader or boss than he/she is always counted as an asset and plays a vulnerable role in a professional life only due to the Integrity and professionalism.

A junior or senior managerial job requires a lot of skills like

  1. Networking, Influencing and persuading
  2. Communication and Commitment,
  3. Working with people to get the job done
  4. Honesty and Integrity
  5. Leading, decision making and supervising 
  6. Technical Expertise through relevant education and experience
  7. Creative thinking or thinking out of the box.

When there are a lot of candidates  of higher calibres  and only a few job openings, networking, influencing, persuading  and communication play a big role in selection process.

It is not to be judged whether influencing or persuading is appropriate or not but this is the rules of the game and we need to play
