Yes, Mr. Omar you are absolutely right. I also have gone through this practical in my beloved country i.e Pakistan and Mr. Ahmed has endorsed from abroad. It may take some time to recognize but whenever recognized by a true leader or boss than he/she is always counted as an asset and plays a vulnerable role in a professional life only due to the Integrity and professionalism.
