Good Customer Service defined as both way communication, understanding,proper eye contact with customer and accordingly got the outcome.

In my previous organization we used some feedback count details called as CSAT & DSAT.CSAT-Customer satisfactions, DSAT- Dissatisfaction.In CSAT we used rating points 1-10 and depend the rating point we reach customers and help them to their needs.if we received  any DSAT we will directly co-ordinate the customer through phone(or) mail within a hour.

A Good customer service involves

1.Timely response 

2.Quality of Service

3.Customer efficiently in a friendly manner
