Thank you very much for inviting me to answer this question
I belive in the personality of the manager himself is the first keys and factors that qualify him to be the key player in his organization and then his lifetime experiences and the extent of his daily activity within his organization.
His relationship with employees, and how he deals with problems , especially new ones.
Is he a creative man in his thoughts and ideas or he is a traditional man who does not come out of his mind out of the box?
And is he capable of the strengths and weaknesses of his organization that he is unable to properly exploit the strengths and can not avoid weaknesses, deal them and correct them.
Manager should be role model for his subordinates as a team player, holding inspiring leadership quality. He should be global thinker, creative with industry knowledge, committed to success, business skilled, optimistic, focusing on the strengths and areas of improvement of his team members and pulls the team forward with positive attitude. Well informed and determined, ready to take risks while on the driving seat. Great listener with extra ordinary communication skill.
Manager should respect and remain connected with his team on humanity grounds as well, for this should be flexible as well.
In short "Your attitude determines your aptitude"
Manager is a key post in any organization and to maintain it and moving forward you must have people skills and I am with you attitude. You are the best ok but you have to welcome others to understand, listen their opinions give advices , get advices, appreciate their work, and let them feel to have you on board is how important and how important we re for each other to make the environment great and make every one a great team player by giving your good performance and strategy as well.
Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of every individual to effectively manage the outcome of a team is imperative for success. Leaders have a great vision and use the resources at hand to solve problems. They take risks and make hard decisions, knowing they could sometimes be wrong. Those are the most important qualities of a real leader that work similarly in our professional and personal lives."
