Reading books bring so much pleasure in my daily life and one of the best books that stand out is the Bible.  why is this so?  I will tell you in a second,  It takes nine months to make a baby but it take a life time to learn the right and the wrong but when you have done this you will be the best in the world.  I share with you now my best books:

1.  HOw to stop worrying and start living by Dale Carneige  (A Cedar Book)

2.  Every street is paved with gold by Kim Woo-Choong (Founder of the Daewoo Group) and Success secrets of a Korean Entrepreneur.

3.  The 7 Habits of Highly effective People by Stephen R.  Covey  (Powerful lessons in Personal Change).

4.  The Magic of thinking Big By David J.  Schwartiz ( Learn the secrets of success- Magnify your thinking patterns and achieve everything you've always wanted.

5.  More than a motorcycle journey by Rich Teerlink and Lee Ozley (Havard Business School Press)  the leadership journey at Harley-Davidson.

Making the best in our lives is what we want and having an option and choices to do this is there to take hold of and succeed!

Capacity Planning: Daniel Menasce & Virgillo Almeida

It opened my eyes on the importance of capacity and contingency planning in order for  a business to become successful and maintain it's success. This book does not teach you that 1 + 1 = 2, it teaches you that 1 + 1 can result in 1.5, 2. 2.5, 3 and so forth. Probably one of the few educational books that gave me the opportunity to innovatively think from an academic perspective.

Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus: John Gray

I really enjoyed reading this book. It is an absolute cracker! An eye opener on how females think intellectually and emotionally. This book actually improved my interactions with the feminine side where as a male I became more considerate and appreciative of the thought processes of  females

Leadership: Ted Hughes

This book introduced me to leadership and management. This book discussed  the 5 traits of the OCEAN model of personality and how to approach the managing process of such personality traits. It discussed power in a leader and influence tactics. Recommend it even if you're not an academician

Also, 'Emotional Intelligence' by Daniel Goleman is a good introduction to emotional intelligence as well
