Who is the first person to inform if you have an incident or identify a hazard even if no-one is injured?
Your direct supervisor should always be your first go-to in case of incident
If there is an incident then you must inform your supervisor first.
your direct supervisor or direct safety supervisor
The first person to inform is your immediate supervisor. For workers, (laborers, the fore man/lead man should be informed immediately) the work work supervisor or HSE personnel in charge of he unit should be informed immediately
Your direct supervisor should be the first to be informed, unless an emergency help, like ambulance or fire, is needed then that takes precedence.
Report direct to supervisor or Manager and Safety department.
