The human capital is a set of experiences, degrees, skills accumulated in a period and that makes an individual able to do a specific job, the human capital of a company is its employees the human potential is reffered to a specific category of employees that have high qualities and talents and they can use them perfecty, employees who can make difference within the company in a creative way.
