A pad that is4 inches think covers80ish sq ft per yard, so8 inch would be40ish sq ft per yard of concrete.

 

 

40 psi for10 min.

Well this kind of flange is not available in Market but it thickess should be42mm and Wight is36.075 Kg

As per ASME B16.5 (pipe flanges and flanged fittings) for200 bar and assuming test medium is water @ ambient Temperature you should use1500 rating blind flange with minimum wall thickness of  91.9 mm

For class300 flanges – NPS1/2 to24

ASME B16.5 –1996

The thickness of the blind shall be41.1 mm minimum and it weighs around37 kgs.

Accourding to DIN1092-1:2007 the thickness for flange8" is82mm at250bar
