Before talking:charisma, appearance have the first impact then your eloquence.
Knowledge about products as well as product specification because the first impression is a last impression
Thanks for the A2A.
2 brands that come to mind when talking about Word of Mouth are Superdry and Redbull. These brands started out by using the 3 Es of Word Of Mouth Marketing (Engage, Equip, Empower) and then building on the initial buzz to cement their marketplace. They have been known to start with influential word of mouth marketing initiatives and then move on to traditional marketing techniques.
-> Superdry, when starting out, sent out a few jackets to David Beckham and when he was seen wearing them in public free of charge, it generated a huge social media buzz. Similar campaigns followed with other celebrities including Justin Bieber, Zac Effron etc.
-> Red Bull is another example of Word of Mouth Marketing done right. When they first hit the market in the 1980s, Red Bull Wings teams were formed, which basically had students driving around in Red Bull minivans and offering free drinks to people at important locations and events. Such and many other campaigns over the years have led to Red Bull becoming the world's top energy drink brand.
I think that time-share marketers have this powerful word of mouth and this method is a double-edged sword because if the marketer not professional the the product will lose much as this is the only way of marketing in this kind of products or services
the most powerful form of word of mouth is knowing well about ur product specifications.the product was the notebooks,,,it came by good review and reading about the products u sell or market
I had a practical experience whereby, the Head of procurement in a particular health institution refused to procure my Company drugs due to high cost, I eventually engaged the whole department including him in a Clinical Presentation concentrating on the "clinical benefits/ Unique selling points" while convincing them. He was eventually convinced and bought the drugs in good quantity.
