One thing I come to realize is that the time is the most important commodity we have at our disposal. I have been using several apps to track my time, but I am curious to find out what others are using to manage their time for work as well as personal activities.
I believe that time management is not about tools and apps but is about the right mental attitude.
No tools will help if you don't have internal need for being organized. But if you have that - you'll manage to be effective with just a common calendar.
well i think you should do 5 times prayer a day and your everything will be managed automatically its not a joke you should try atleast and read about ISLAM

In my opinion, there is no need of any specific tool or app to get organize the activities. It's all about your prioritization/importance of your activities and dedication toward to complete it.
Whats work for me is to schedule to day in a calendar. Most of us use a smart phone today and even by using the simple calendar app in the phone you can plan out your day and week well in advance. This trick has really helped me be more efficient and manage time. All of us handle multiple tasks, whether is personal or professional. Scheduling it in advance makes it much easier to achieve the goals.
We are always battling against the time. Sometimes it's our friend and our enemy as well. Be it in work or personal, the most important thing to do is prioritization.Ranking them which is which that needs our attention dependent on it's urgency would somehow help.just make sure that you are always reminded of the things to do. we tend to forget sometimes if we are busy already. putting an alarm or reminder at your mobile is a big help.
