How do you know you have a good negotiation?

List down the negotiation with anticipated results and check whether it was achieved or not. If most of them are achieved then you are a good negotiator, some of them are not achieved further evaluate why it was not achieved and try to improve the areas where it is lacking. Improvement is a continuous process.
