Hello.

Every conflict can be directed both in a destructive and creative way. Creative conflicts can make your organization grow. But if you feel that destructive conflicts dominate in your company - that may be a sign of poor management or that there is a number of mid-level managers who put their ambitions over professionalism.

1.     Check for the positive points.    2.     Engage to narrow the negative gap.    3.     Join in any constructive issues by  agreement, comments, up vote.    4.     Be confident and be negligent for yesterday's destructive issues.

5.     Think  always how to see what maintains the hurt heart.

Firstly, conflict of interest arises when the organisation as a whole might suffer in order to cater to someone else interest ( could be Directors, Board Members or GM's etc.) The policies you lay down in the organisation should take into account such kind of conflicts of interest. The corporate governance team should regularly review the policies and take corrective measures. Ethics / compliance department should be formed.
