Getting in this profession, the one thing I said i would never do was to favor any students. However its easier said than done. Sometimes you can't help but favor certain students. I do keep it to myself though and students are never aware nor do they ever feel their teacher favors certain students. I constantly praise all students and hand out incentives. I love them all.

as a professional teacher, I should treat students equally and I have to take into consideration the individual differences. So professional teacher helps weak student to improve his abilities and encourage the smart student to use his abilities in proper ways.

We must remember that there something called multiple intelligence.  A student might be considered smart because the teacher's way of teaching might motivate, for example a linguistics intelligence student.  The students who has bodily kinesthetic intelligence might not follow the teacher so well, because this student learns better when the teacher let him use bodily movements.

To sum it all up, if the teacher's teaching method compliments a student with certain type of intelligence, the student might appear smart.  So the goal of the teacher is to invest time in determining which one of the multiple intelligence a student has.  And use this to adapt his/her (the teacher's) teaching style for each student.

So the teacher must arrange the class in such a manner that the intelligence of all students are explored in the class situation.

The various multiple intelligence are visual, aural, linguistics, logical mathematical, bodily kinesthetic, interpersonal and intrapersonal.

To be honest I do favor the smarter students & I never forget them & try to make them as a role models for the class they are in. It is really an advantage to have as many smarter students as it can be to give life to the class & encourage the rest of the class in a positive way.

Thanks for your invitation to share my view. Very good question to evaluate the standards of a teacher. As a teacher I never show any favour to a smarter one and not only me, I would like to say that none from this noble profession will do. Being smarter is appreciable but favorable to it won't be good. A Smart teacher never have any thoughts in his mind towards smartness.

Definitely not. Because each and every student is smart in their own way. Just because one student is academically intelligent or has certain memorisation skills doesn't mean the rest are not smart in other fields. Someone could be smart in math and English for example, but could have zero artistic or sports skills. Also, our job as teachers is not only to encourage the smart ones in class, in fact, I believe our main job is to focus on those who are falling behind. They matter the most.

a very good question and also asked in English!! alright

No teacher can deny the great effect or influence that a smart student should keep on him and what did he feel toward this smart students

the moral of education conducts any teacher to react, to educate and to behave equally with all the students

but the difficulties is by trying to feel equally toward all and how you can organize for equal motivated activities

we knows well that the smart student Has a strong presence in class and in activity participation's. so the only way that help you to cooperate equally and to give every students the right to be considered is through adopting the modern learning styles that allowed the students to work in groups and together

now, you become no longer forced to hide your sentiments toward the smart student so you can react equally with all

Thanks for your invitation ,smart students have strong influence toward their teachers, But a good teacher must be  equally treat to his students and give then  same opportunities to learn .

There is no student who has a favorite without his colleagues but there is a student with a higher IQ than the rest of his colleagues does not mean the preference of this student for the rest of his colleagues, but the teacher must note all the strengths and weaknesses of his students to take care of that in the treatment of each student Refer to individual differences in students that the teacher  must deal with in order to reach students to the same level Finally, join your generous invitation

It's natural that some students be smart than others, so I will motivate them to work hard and be smarter, but it not means that I will forget other students
