Problems solve themselves better with a good nights sleep and not drugs from the doctor. Diet, is the key to tackling this problem. Stay off foods that weigh you down and make you sleepy. This is caused by an overload on your digestive system. As you age, the diet must change and become more realistic than greed eating.
