I think this is due to the nature of the character itself and the way it was grownup. There are people who are totally unbalanced and circumstances served them to hold important and leading positions, but they always have an internal lack feel therefore they love complex showing superiority over subordinates
Thanks
Yes, as my colleague Eissa said , it depend on character itself, I support his answer.

Thank you for inviting me to answer
I follow up answers from our colleagues .
A smart manage is the one who harnesses the energy and creativity of his subordinates. Manager want smarter, better equipment and laterally thinking staff for success.
Actually there are two main kind of people. One who have availed their position rank by rank (from low to high) and the other who availed it all directly and so easily. One who have availed it with struggle and time will never be that rude because he know how it works. It depends on manger's own self. Every manager doesn't have this complex and sometimes our manager is maintaining something(e.g office environment) that would prove beneficial for all of us later
This is because these leaders/managers prefer to believe that the subordinates work "under" them (though it may be the case within organizational chain of command) and they fail to see all employers, irrespective of posts work "with" each other towards a common goal.
Because of non professional behavior and ego.
Thanks for invitation,
Agree with the answer of Mr. Emmanuel.
thanks for your initation
i fully agree with all experts
It is a psychological condition exposing any kind of inadequacy within the person of such kind. Through other people putting them on pedestal, they enforce their sense of superiority or it is sometimes supported by the society they live in. It can be inherited some cases. They are in state of disordered nature. Habits can be changed but not the rooted-nature. If such disordered natured person is damn aggressive as well then he thinks as if subordinates have come to a wrong planet or he himself.
