I've developed with all3 of them.
Wordpress is the easiest 'out of the box', and also good for straightforward web sites.
Once the requirement becomes more demanding, e.g.
integration with database modules, then a developer will often recommend Drupal or Joomla.
From what I can see, technical developers tend to prefer Drupal while business-oriented developers tend to prefer Joomla.
Both products are excellent, although I have a personal preference for Joomla.
The Joomla culture is open source but has a greater tolerance of commercial add-ons.
I prefer knowing that there is someone I can rely on to provide module support for the more complex modules.
When people talk about "SEO" for these products, they usually mean search engine friendly URL's are generated.
Both products have excellent add-ons to generate these URL's.
The automatic generation of URL's generally uses the topic structure to create meaningful URL's.
Therefore the topic structure is the underlying key to making a SEO effective website.
There is a lot more to SEO than generating URL's.
There is a question in the stream about which is the more effective with large databases.
If you only store the information in the CMS by authoring into it they can slow down ..
but the modules and add-ons make a surprising difference.
If the data is instead retrieved from database tables through authored modules, then the performance is all in the hands of your DBA and coders.
Architecture and design rule supreme when it comes to performance.
Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress are all good tools in the hands of someone that knows how to use them.

Wordpress because as you install your wordpress it hardly takes few moments to be available for search engines like google while Joomla require more time and some tuning.

All of them are pioneer in the area of open source content management systems and can be used for creating any kind of websites. However, when it comes to SEO features, I would rather choose WordPress among all, as there are plenty of SEO related WordPress plugins easily available on the internet.

Drupal7 is my personal favourite, has so many modules that bolt-on to your existing website to increase website functionality, performance, interactivity and so much more.

Roll on Drupal8.

Wordpress because it is user friendly and have a great library of plug-ins to expand SEO capabilities. After trying all three I find that the WordPress developer community is the most active and productive making updates on a regular basis and keeping things fresh for end-users.

The answer for this question lies on the developer, because depends on the comfortability of him/her. SInce I come from a Drupal background I would say that Drupal can give you a lot of flexibility and capabilities to enhance the SEO.

The SEO isn't out of the box in Drupal, in order to achive the SEO targets we have to install and implement several modules which are pretty straight forward and easy to manufulate. Drupal lets you cover SEO from image titles, alter tags, meta tags and sitemaps that can be published on any search engines with the use of paterns and tokens; this will ensure that your pages have different values and enhace your SEO.
