I do not have any workplace 

But I suppose it should be reported in any workplace

Technical types of Near misses are mostly recognized and reported oftenly by the workers, i.e. poor condition of hand tools etc, but lacking in the reporting of behavioral and procedural near misses.

Yes, By reporting near miss incidents we can prevent an injury to personel and near miss is an alert for the gap analysis

Absolutely, without known the type, number and frequency of near misses you can never know what kind of accidents/ injuries you may end up with.
