If top management can't see your work achievements, how can you let them see your results ?

If they are blind enough then i can not do anything. I will finish my contract and will leave. 

This is one of the biggest issues in business & life in general, inappropriate or lack of recognition & appreciation especially where it is due or deserving. It is better to remain calm, keep a low profile, stay focused, continue working diligently & professionally at the highest level, so that when the appropriate time for you comes around, no one will dispute your achievements and you will be finally appreciated. Remember also that if one person or a group of people deliberately fail to recognise & appreciate your efforts, someone or some people else where will recognise & appreciate your efforts thus never loose hope when you are still alive & if you are honestly hardworking.
