3) Does the rooms have the right number of rooms to suit my family needs.
4) Most Important the building and roof structurally should be good.
5) The house should have good natural light.
6) Car parking facilities.
Near to commercial and establishment
first is if the builder are really a high end builders with a great reputation, consider the location if the property is not in the earthquake fault zone, as well as the conveniency if this spot is near a commercial area, lay out of the hose must be also considered as for me there should always be an emergency exit provided.
