How could i calculate the dosage amount for my antiscalant Nalco PC191 feeding water 1000 TDS as max product 400 PPM TDS potable water ?

The Average Antiscalant dose varied from 0.5 - 4 mg / L according to full water analysis

i think you are asking how to estimate the optimum dosage of antiscalant, if im right, you have to run the tube blocking tests for your water  using different dosage of the antiscalant in order to find the optimum dose
