Thanks to invite. There is no comparison of experience. Training will definitely boost your delivery of the the subject training. You might be compromised without having knowledge of delivery as a trainer, so it will be the best combination of experience with training of teaching techniques.

Thank you for your invitation. Certification plays a role as record and experience plays a role in delivering that, So experience makes a certifciate holder to do a perfect delivery.

Becoming Gold Medalist in MBBS medical exam doesn't mean you will be the best doctor. Your practical experience matters the most. For a trainer, certification is not very important all important is one should have leadership qualities, strong communication skills, time management skills, and good command of a subject matter.

Subject Matter Specialists with delivery skills make the best trainers.  You have to know your stuff and know how to convey your message.

Certification is a plus - shouts out in bold with a few extra letters from an alphabet behind your name - I have known ppl who are certified to train but when they deliver the class is asleep.  No interaction or engagement.

Nope. I think all what matters is your knowledge and the way you communicate it effectively.

Thanks for invitation,

I do believe that;

Talent + Knowledge + Experience + Certification = Good Trainer

In fact the actual program of train the trainer holds a true upper hand over experience in training delivery. The critical point is the Train the trainer itself not the certification.

Training delivery based on experience alone resembles clapping with only one hand while adding train the trainer to experience resembles clapping with two hands.
