When you start out working you probably wish you knew the things you know now about your role.
What have you learned that you wish you knew when you started out ?
"Ashraf, calm down everything will be Ok, you are qualified enough to achieve your next 3/5 years plan" but after 56 years old Ashraf never calm down he still youth. So I hope I believe this advice.

Well, I would have tell myself now that I should have studied harder before. For me to get a good-paying job you have to at least have a Bachelors Degree. But that's not always the case. As of now work harder is a better advice for me.

Work Hard, Go for it, make it simple, work/life balance, celebrate when achieving, enjoy with others
Just believe and trust inner abilities and face all the difficulties with courage and open mind.

Ask questions
Ask for help wherever needed
Accept that not everyone would be tolerant towards you. Be patient.
