any managment didn't have policy and system can't say bad but they should be select  the best empolyees to build trust of them

well examples could be proved and shown in many senarios, many of the task in a project fail because of Bad trust, the team mates try to compete against one an other rather than competing for one an other this happens when your team is a mix of experienced and new members, the old people (i mean on the team and not age) they tend to hide the info or resist to share it without a managers interference and once the new member goes wrong they bring it to the managers notice that this lad has done this worng.. but do not help him. it wouldnt happen if the experienced person had guided him well, the manager has to smart enough to understand this, and should probe right questions that did the senior help, if he is aware that they team had faced this problem before than as the old members why was the new person not briefed about this before hand when they could have saved the damage Trust was and wil remain a problem in the corporations no matter what, they all are humans after all
