I was wondering is there any specific season when middle east employer hire more candidates or it just based on the industry requirements?

As far as I know there is no specific time of the year. Hiring is most likely to be on a need-to-fill basis. Usually, the fiscal year ends in June in the middle east. There may be a slowdown in hiring towards the end of a fiscal year.
