Without the help of "LEADER" command, how can an "Arrow" to be created in AutoCAD drawings? Is it possible or not,if "Yes"please suggest me.
You can always use the PL command by using its width option. Just keep the starting width0 and ending width to your requirement or vice versa then just bring both the widths to0 to continue the work.
for exapmple : start the command
Command: pl PLINE
Specify start point: (click any where in the model space)
Current line-width is0.0000
Specify next point or [Arc/Halfwidth/Length/Undo/Width]: w
Specify starting width <0.0000>:0
Specify ending width <0.0000>: .5
Specify next point or [Arc/Halfwidth/Length/Undo/Width]: (click any where in model space)
Specify next point or [Arc/Close/Halfwidth/Length/Undo/Width]: w
Specify starting width <0.5000>:0
Specify ending width <0.0000>:0
Specify next point or [Arc/Close/Halfwidth/Length/Undo/Width]: (click any where in the model space)
Specify next point or [Arc/Close/Halfwidth/Length/Undo/Width]: (enter or escape to end the command)
hope this satisfies you.
by poly line and chane width from1st point to2nd point from0 to any with you need but this bad way to make arrow
use polyline command
Specify start point: (click any where in the model space)
Current line-width is0.0000
Specify next point or [Arc/Halfwidth/Length/Undo/Width]:
Specify starting width <0.0000>:0
Specify ending width <0.0000>:1
I would prefer making a block with a triangle filled with solid. (we can create more productive arrow head using dynamic blocks)
Apart from this, we can make Arrow heads using polyline with start width 0 and end width whatever size we need. (for eg:- start width 0 & end width 4)
As a Mechanical Drafter I would not go this rout, I always use my presetting for this task ... it saves time , however if I am forced ... I would draw it freehand with a thin poly line or draw a triangle, fill it and save it as a block and use it in the same drawing as needed... for a different scale ... scale it up or down
