i used this way once before at my previous job
every morning you make meeting with them and give them the main point that you notice the weaknesses in then start educated them about it ,,, not more then 15 minutes every day ...you can find the data on the internet or from your customers question
also you need to create motivation to make them report back such as lunch ticket salary bonus... etc and you should to notice is different from business to another
