which phase in project management , consesus decide solution for an issue ?

as the project manager have responsibilities the control  Scope project, Cost project , hr project, project risk, quality project ,project time .

let assume consesus decide solution in the midle period of  project  running.

as long as the come up  solution (team and stakeholder) still meet  it , you can go ahead with that solution .

but if the solution will affect  one of these: Scope project, Cost project , hr project, project risk, quality project ,project time, project procurement . You should make perform integrated change control (output change reques status, project mgt plan update, project doc updates)

I'll ask for a clarification about the solution they want to implement. Specifically, I want a clear path of action to solve the issue and if these course of action is very clear on the solution they advocate then why should I disagree. Though their course of action maybe be different from what I want, I could also be possible to inject some of my own to theirs.

The important thing is that we come up with a possible solution, it doesnt matter if it came from me or it is the idea of another, as long as it provides a good chance to solve an issue, then so be it.
