A school administrator needs to be a leader, organized, and committed to the job. A school administrator may be responsible for setting a curriculum, organizing professional development, creating master schedules, observing and mentoring staff, as well as completing office or clerical tasks as needed.
A school administrator is a leader, one who can delegate as needed, but keeps things organized and calm in the case of emergency. The administrator needs to be a boss, disciplinarian, organizer, and leader.
Based on a fact that most of the hours spent by the students is in school, will be fair enough for them to be under good surroundings especially in these days. Having around them individuals that have good personality, moral values and social culture this bring a great impact to the students as well.
Thank you for asking me for my opinion. I can speak for the HOSPITALITY / HOTEL MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS aspect, as this is my area. In considering an instructor, one must consider PRACTICALITY - as in practical information to be taught to the students. Theory is USELESS. Take my word for it as I was educated in Switzerland in one of the best universities in the world in International Business with a focus on Hotel & Tourism Management. All that did was make my CV "a little" more impressive - THAT'S IT. An instructor must seek to MINIMIZE theory, offer career personality tests to the students to find what area they would excel in - an introvert or extrovert excel in different hotel departments. Example: Sales and Front Office for the Extroverts and Housekeeping or Accounting departments for the Introverts. PERSONALITY TESTS must be a foundation, PERIOD. I could go on and on, but I hope I answered a very small part of your question.
