Chartered Engineer is Profational Engineer with approved registartion by well known Engineering Council of perticular country. But that limits to your preciseness in perticular field. Where as Profational engineer is an emgineer with multiskilling experience with reputed companies without being registered by sny Concil deliverable for many functions. No, because I like to enjoy my wide variety of skills not limited by one perticular field.
