Automate repetitive drafting and editing tasks by recording action macros. Use most of the commands and user interface elements that are available in AutoCAD to create your action macro and then save it. You can find the Action Recorder on the ribbon's Tools tab. Store commands that you frequently access in AutoCAD.
everything you change ( select - model - layout colors ) is automatic saved but you can save it with a name by pressing option ( profile )
also there is the customized user interface as answered by Imad Habash
everything about AutoCAD is available in AutoCAD itself. Just press F1 after opening AutoCAD , and AutoCAD will help you understand itself.
