It starts with three driving priciples and five selling skills.

Three Driving Principles:

1.Focus on the customer.

2.Persuade through involvement.

3.Earn the right to advance.

Five selling skills:

1.Initiate

2.Probe

3.Present

4.Summarise.

5.Close.

Identify customer needs, Identify your customers, Understand why they shop, Identify preferred shopping methods, Consider their spending habits, and Find out what they think of you.
