Worker engagement levels predict accident rates.

Engagement levels act as mediators between safety systems and performance outcomes.

Hi Teofilo,It's simple, firstly:1. You have to had an objective and target on your plan or proposal.Your objective should state clearly where you are heading to with your planning. Using a Six Sigma approach e.g. What-are your plan up to?Why do you need to do this?Where will you plan to execute it?When will you organize your plan?Who will you require to organize this plan? How will you roll it out successfully?2. After you get all your facts right. The next step is to organize an engagement with your superior. Do not go directly to the Top Management unless you are there on the same par with them.3. The fundamental in getting this done is to ensure that those plan will catch the interest of the top people. It is not that they will not give you their support. But they have much more important things to focus on. So, for your side of story (plan). Please approach your senior/superior for support in getting your plan approve for action. Everybody can make a plan, but to rolled it out is a BIG Question.4. As I've mentioned earlier, simple things do not make it complicated. It's not how beautiful or bombastic your plan are. It's how effective it can contribute to the development of the organization. Just my humble opinion, I hope this helps in having your plan getting the attention from your Top Management. Show tenacity.Best Regards,Dean
