Is the location for employee training important? What considerations do you think should be taken?

The location is important as it either facilitates delivery or hinders it.

Considerations to be taken include:

- Enough space for seating and physical activities

- Quiet clean place with good lightening, ventilation and relevant privacy.

- Clear view field to see the trainer and display screen

- If possible, close to work place to reduce the burden of transportation.

Is one of the important things that affect the delivery of a level with a good specification that is complementary to training. Where quiet, appropriate lighting, lack of noise, the place to sit.

Yes location/ venue should be reachable to all trainees so that they may pay proper attention despite of travelling tiredness and tension to be there in time etc etc.

Yes, the location is important. A training facility must have such environments that are comfortable and easily accessible.

It should have specific space for seating or required to perform any physical activity during training depends on training subject.

Training facilities should have quality environment which boosts learning as well as productivity

Must have appropriate lighting system

Trainees should be able to clearly hear their trainer or instructor, and it is possible in a closed room with proper equipment.

Location of employee training is not important in as much as the environment is made conducive. Some blue-chip companies have localized Training Centres and all employees are made to attend trainings in these centres, irrespective of where these employees are located in the globe. At times, employees may need to travel to a different continent to obtain company's standardized trainings.

What is however important is a very comfortable training environment, void of any form of distraction, one that makes available all the training aids and one that is accessible.

Yes, Where the training conducted with full assessories ! Classrooms are not enough to conduct an effective training, practical is very effective to achieve the goals of training.

Of course, training location is very important for successful training and a lot of considerations has to be taken upon choosing same , for example

Training duration, i.e. half day, full day, more than one day

Offering all facilities that are needed for training

Easy reachable to all trainees

Comfortable, for all training members
