Yes while managing team in call center. I just told them about their skill sets they are absolutely good at. Motivated them. Appreciated them, and we were team of the month in just two months.

I once encountered an accident victim, lying on the pavement and bleeding profusely after an accidental fall from the roof. I was appalled to see nobody really wanted to intervene/ help. I spoke to a few bystanders and tried to influence them to assist. Nobody was keen enough on doing that, so I proceeded to do what I could on my own. Eventually, one of them was convinced and joined hands with me. Just then, I saw a fairly large group of people wake up from their slumber and rush to help. As I learned that day, actions influence much more than speeches!
