Is outsourcing trainers ideal?

The organisation must put up energies into their core business where they must be having core competence. Today is the world of specialization. Let training specialists be given the assignment of their core competence and use their skills in training your team.

If trainer is good, yes. But if its just for cost cutting or something monitory benefit for organization or particular department then i guess training will not be the prime focus. 

Outsourcing the trainers depends on case to case basis & varies according to the existing scenario.

It is difficult to call a situation as "ideal" in the business industry but what is the best alternative among options.

Outsourcing trainers can be a good option if the company does not have internal trainers who are aware of the culture, people, hierarchy, and power distribution.    

Outsourcing traners is an absolulely ideal decision. Freelance trainers come with excellent exposure towards various segments of business and organizations as they would have catered to various companies.

If a trainer with such competecy is hired, it will defenitely cost a fortune when it comes to compensations or nurturing cost.

However, when chosing a freelance trainer, do request reference and also discover the area of expertise.
