Yes, Social Media is a challenge.  Why?

It is a powerful hub in the business world.

It is because advertisements are direct to the public and customers are key to business.  Customers communicate different views and it can be read anytime hence customers can be identified as being potentially challenging.  They convey what they feel and from this you can identify your customer too.  Use of social media is key to business and an enterpreneur.

Products bring the business what they want through action appealing advertisements.  It pays to use social media in business and identifying customers.
