It is hard to allow younger people to manage some tasks. Many managers tend to avoid youth working with them in case they mess up and ruin everything. Other employers prefer to have a few adolescents working with them if it boosts the overall creativity and boosts the energy of the other employees. What about you? Tell me which side you are taking in the answers! Be honest, though
Everything has a start. The start needs an opportunity when it comes to a career development. Other than educational achievements there are many inbuilt/inborn talents within an individual which can only be nurtured once given proper guidance and training. Keeping a certain quota in an organization to find such talents, nurture then from the root will always support the mutual growth. Like every coin has two sides we need to be prepared for the negative side also. Supporting young and new talents is never a mistake or risk. I do prioritize this when it comes to Organizational Manpower Planning.
YES, if young and motivated, also if he is willing to learn.
I gladly accept,
Young people should have the opportunity to learn and become familiar with the practice, but they should be supervised and controlled
It is true that this stimulates the overall creativity and stimulates the energy of other employees.
