Work in Financial Management is not haram since the idea of interset is not completely forbidden since the interest rates in  financial systems can't be considered as Reba, That is the main reason of Reba is to use the need of a person for money and put very hard condition for him taking advantage of his need for the money while banking system now is getting money from borrowers for % and invest it through lending the money to companies to invest and get high return from such investment.

Of course it is not true, as you gain your salary against your "time and efforts", when you have a post in financial management, despite of the institution itself is applying Islamic rules or not.

Meanwhile, you also have to refer back to the opinions of the most Islamic religion scientists.
