As per ANSI/ASSE Z359.1-1992 (R1999) -The weight range covered is from 130 lbs to 310 lbs.  Therefore, most standard harnesses shall support up to 310 lbs.

All hardware on the Full Body Harness meets the ANSI Z359.1-2007 or ANSI Z359.12-2009 and

CSA Z259.12 standard and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.66 and 1926.502 requirements

Mostly full body harnesses are designed for use by persons with a combined weight (clothing, tools, etc.) of no more than 420 lbs. Make sure all of the components in yoursystem are rated to a capacity appropriate to your application.
